Terms of use of the service
1. General Provisions
These Regulations define the rules for using the khaki-fjord.com website and the provision of services offered by khaki-fjord.
Using the website means accepting the provisions of these Regulations.
2. Definitions
- Service Provider - khaki-fjord with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Zielona 45, 00-001 Warsaw, Poland
- User - a natural person using the website or the Service Provider's services
- Website - the website available at khaki-fjord.com
- Services - coaching services, workshops and consultations offered by the Service Provider
3. Types and scope of services
The Service Provider provides the following services:
- Individual coaching for media personalities
- Mindfulness workshops for teams
- Personal branding strategy
- Stress management program
- Career planning consultation
- Mental resilience training
4. Terms of service provision
Services are provided on the basis of an individual agreement concluded with the User after a free initial consultation.
Services may be provided online or on-site, in accordance with arrangements between the parties.
5. Rules for contact and booking
Contact with the Service Provider is made via:

The Service Provider undertakes to respond to inquiries within 24 hours on working days.
6. Price list and payments
Current prices of services are available on the website in the "Services" tab.
Payment for services is made on the basis of individual arrangements with the User.
Prices given on the website are gross prices and include VAT.
7. Cancellation and rescheduling of sessions
The User may cancel or reschedule a scheduled session no later than 24 hours before its planned date without incurring additional costs.
Cancellation of a session less than 24 hours before its date may result in the need to pay the full fee for the session.
8. Liability
Services provided by the Service Provider are educational and developmental in nature and do not constitute:
- Psychological therapy
- Medical advice
- Guarantee of specific results
The Service Provider is not responsible for decisions made by the User based on information obtained during sessions.
9. Confidentiality
The Service Provider undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of information obtained from the User during the provision of services, subject to cases provided for by law.
10. Copyright
All materials available on the website, including texts, graphics and educational materials, are the property of the Service Provider and are protected by copyright law.
It is forbidden to copy, disseminate or use materials without the consent of the Service Provider.

Complaints will be considered within 14 working days from the date of their receipt.
12. Final Provisions
The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations. Changes come into force on the date indicated by the Service Provider, but not earlier than 7 days from the date of publication of the amended Regulations on the website.
In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law apply.
